When we first decided to look for a wedding photographer, we took our time – there are many options. But after looking at Andy’s website, we knew that there was one clear choice and we have never looked back. One look at the pictures on his website sets him apart from the others, there was just something extra the others did not have. Upon meeting Andy for the first consultation, it was, again, obvious that he is not only exceptionally good at what he does but is such a nice person too that you have no doubts that you have made the best choice, the only choice, really.
On the day, itself; Andy was very professional, organised and put us both at ease. Also, and this is quite important without realising it, when you are going through your day and the ceremony etc, you hardly notice him there. He manages to capture every moment, every little detail, without you being conscious that you have a camera pointed at you, allowing you be more comfortable and enjoy the day for itself.
The pictures that we received were incredible; approx 700 pictures including variations and artistic touches that added so much. So many fantastic pictures that it took a few hours to trim the number down to a figure for the album. The quality of the album and its layout are perfect; Andy clearly takes his time and uses an artistic eye to group, arrange and order the pictures in a way that tells the story of the day. We really couldn't be happier.
We cannot recommend Andy enough for being your photographer on your big day. Such a good photographer but also, so much more, a genuinely nice guy.
